We offer fixed delivery rates in Canada.

Ottawa-Gatineau area

A shipping fee of $4.99* CAD will apply to orders:
– under $39* CAD after discount and taxes.

Canada

A shipping fee of $8.99* CAD will apply to orders:
– under $59* CAD after discount and taxes.

Shipping fees will confirmed during checkout, based on cart contents and delivery address.

*Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and weight of the order.
Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.

International Orders

Product information

All information about grain box products comes from manufacturers or distributors. If you find an error or incorrect information, please let us know and we will take action soon. The information provided in the product descriptions does not replace the opinion of a medical practitioner. We do our best to make sure that the information about the products we sell is accurate.

However, since products are regularly modified (ingredients, nutritional value, packaging, visual effects, descriptions, warnings, and dosages), we recommend that you always read the label before using or consuming the product.

Processing time

Some orders require 2 to 5 business days processing time to be selected, packaged and prepared for shipment. You will receive an email within 36 business hours about product availability and approximate delivery date.

Exchange and refund

We are currently accept returns only from Canada.

Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines.

We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

All Food & Snacks (incl. pantry items, beverages, candy)
Baby Food
Bedding Accessories
Diapers
Hand Sanitizers
Nutritional Drinks
Feminine pads
Roasted coffee, ground or whole bean.
Salt Lamps
Toilet Risers

Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page

We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Please contact us to initiate your return. No products opened or broken, punctured or damaged will be accepted for exchange or refund. Any request for a refund must be emailed to returns@arisotashop.com, the return of the goods is at the customer’s expense.

The return authorization number must be clearly written on the shipment. Items must be returned in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition, properly sealed, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice for purchase. Returns of products must be made by a registered carrier, providing a tracking number and insurance for the cost of the product.

Damaged products

Shipping companies do their best to ensure that your package is delivered in good condition, but it may be damaged for several reasons. If this is the case for your order, you can contact us to offer you the best replacement options (product replacement or refund). Evidence may be required.

Promo code

You can use only one promo code for one order.
